What does the RENPHO Smart Body Fat Scale measure?

It tracks 13+ metrics including weight, BMI, body fat %, muscle mass, bone mass, body water, BMR, and visceral fat. The RENPHO app charts your progress and syncs readings automatically.

The scale uses bioelectrical impedance (BIA). It’s best for tracking trends. For consistency, measure at the same time daily, barefoot, on a hard surface, and avoid heavy meals/workouts 2–3 hours prior

Smart scales use a small electrical signal. Anyone with a pacemaker or similar device should consult a physician and avoid BIA mode. During pregnancy, use weight-only mode and skip body-fat readings.

Measurements store temporarily on the scale/app and sync the next time your phone is nearby with Bluetooth on.

Use a flat, hard surface (no carpet). Clean the glass with a slightly damp cloth; keep electrodes dry; avoid submerging.
